1. Advance applicable for room booking .(Advanced money is not refunded if booking cancellation)
2. Photocopy of each identity card and submit your own photograph.
3. If not accompanied by pictures, our authorities will be take your pictures
4. The conventional hotel (residential) law must be obeyed.
5. No illegal acts can be made inside the room.
6. There are special discounts for group bookings, depending on the number of people.
7. 60% advance will be provided For Resort Spot booking,
8. We do not have any branch office, therefore, the authority is not responsible for any transaction other than the specific number.
9. Our resort made with old furnishings of ancient culture.
10. Of course, before booking, speak to the authorities and know the details.
11. All the conditions have the power to change the authority.
12. We will confirm booking via email. (If you have e-mail IDs)
13. Do not enter the hotel room with any type of illegal goods. Otherwise, the authorities are not responsible for legal complications.
14. In case of any damage done by you in the hotel, you will be obliged to fulfill it.
15. Check_In: 11am Check-out: 11am the next day.

- 2. প্রত্যেক অথিতি গন পরিচয় পত্রের ফটোকপি জমা দিতে হবে ও নিজের ছবি জমা দিতে হবে।
- 3. ছবি সঙ্গে না থাকলে আমাদের কর্তৃপক্ষ দ্বারা ছবি উঠানোর জন্য বাধ্য থাকিবেন।
- 4. প্রচলিত হোটেল (আবাসিক) আইন অবশ্যই মানতে হবে।
- 5. রূমের অভ্যন্তরে কোন প্রকার বে-আইনী কার্য্যকলাপ করা যাবেনা।
- 6. গ্রুপ বুকিং এর জন্য বিশেষ ডিস্কাউন্ট এর সুবিধা আছে, তা লোকসংখ্যা এর উপর নির্ভর করে।
- 7. শ্যূটিং এর জন্য স্পট বুকিং এর ক্ষেত্রে ৬০% এডভান্স প্রদান করতে হবে।
- 8. আমাদের আর কোন শাখা অফিস নাই সুতরাং নির্দিষ্ট বিকাশ নাম্বার ছাড়া অন্য কোন নাম্বারে লেন-দেন করলে কতৃপক্ষ দায়ী নহে।
- 9. প্রাচীন সংস্কৃতির পুরনো আসবাব পত্র ধারা আমদের রুম গুলি সাজানো ।
- 10. অবশ্যই বুকিং এর আগে কর্তৃপক্ষের সাথে কথা বলে বিস্তারিত জানবেন।
- 11. সকল শর্তাবলী কর্তৃপক্ষের পরিবর্তনের ক্ষমতা রাখে।
- 12. আমাদের ইমেল এর মাধ্যমে বুকিং কনফার্মেশন করা হবে। (আপনার ই-মেইল আইডি থাকিলে)
- 13. অবৈধ যে কোন প্রকার দ্রব্যাদি নিয়ে হোটেল রুমে প্রবেশ করিতে পারিবেন না। অন্যথায় আইনি জটিলতায় পড়িলে কর্তৃপক্ষ দায়ী নহে।
- 14. হোটেল এ অবস্থান কালীন আপনার দ্বারা আসবাব-পত্র, বা অন্যান্য যে কোন প্রকার ক্ষতি সাধন হইলে আপনি তা পূরন করিতে বাধ্য থাকিবেন।
- 15. চেক_ইনঃ সকাল ১১ টা। চেক-আউটঃ পরদিন সকাল ১১ টা।
