- All rates are subject to 15% VAT.
- In General, only two (2) people are allowed in each room (per bed). However, if additional person (adults) only has to stay in certain rooms, TK 500 will be charged for Extra Bed.
- Early Check in Policy: Subject to availability. Normal Check-in time is 11 AM.
- Late Check out Policy: Subject to availability. If room is available, half day will be charged up to 6 PM and full day after that.
- Guests are advised to reserve rooms in advance. One night room rent must be paid in advance for the Resort to confirm a room. This advance is non-refundable. Rooms booked without advance will be subject to availability.
- Normally only two (2) persons are permitted In (Ac Or Non Ac Couple ) per room. However if an extra person is to stay (Adult) only in some particular rooms TK 500 will be charged. One Children under 6 will not be charged!
- For Driver Room (cost approximately Tk.500-1000 per room
